Terms & Policies for Events at Manggis @ Palimbayan Kebun Tokyad

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance immediately after event.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement.

2. Postponed or Cancellation & Deposit Refunds

• Postponed or Cancellation must be made in writing.
• 100% refund of deposit for postponed or cancellations made before 2 days before the event.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 1 day before the event.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Event Duration & Overtime

• Standard event duration is 4 hours. Additional charges apply for overtime at RM100 per hour.
• Overtime must be pre-approved to ensure smooth operations.

4. Menu & Dietary Requirements

• Final menu selection must be confirmed 3 days before the event.
• Dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated during booking. While we accommodate specific needs, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

5. Decorations & Setup

• Decorations must comply with safety standards and be pre-approved by management.
• Setup access is allowed 1 hour before the event. Cleanup must be completed within  1 hour post-event.

6. Liability & Damages

• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, facilities, or equipment during the event.
• Manggis @ Palimbayan Kebun Tokyad is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests.

7. Alcohol & Beverages

• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in our compound. 
• Management reserves the right to deny alcohol service to intoxicated guests.

8. Venue Exclusivity & Capacity

• Exclusivity for the entire venue must be pre-booked and may incur additional fees.
• Events must not exceed the agreed-upon capacity for safety and comfort.

9. Payment Methods

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit card. All payments are subject to verification.

10. Force Majeure

• Manggis @ Palimbayan Kebun Tokyad is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

11. Photography & Media

• Management reserves the right to use event photography for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Guests are welcome to take photos, but professional photography requires prior approval.

12. Health & Safety

• Compliance with all health and safety regulations is mandatory.
• Any incident or injury must be reported to management immediately.
